Team True Spirit is a UK-registered charity (number 1196486) that helps British military veterans, injured or made ill while serving, to overcome physical and mental health challenges through endurance sports. Founded in 2009, the charity was initially supported by Help for Heroes until 2021 and became an independent charity in 2022. Team True Spirit uses endurance sporting challenges to help veterans build confidence, achieve goals, and regain a sense of purpose, whilst providing a community support network.

- Ascent: Approximately 2,965 meters
- Start Location: Dalemain Estate
- Finish Location: Coniston
- Time Limit: 24 hours
- Terrain: Challenging trail running through stunning valleys, picturesque fells, and rugged terrain
- Checkpoints: 6 staffed checkpoints with food and drink available
- Navigation: Requires excellent navigation.
